Drew and Christine May are a husband-and-wife real-estate team with roots in the Central Savannah River Area going back three decades each. Together they hold 60 combined years of CSRA experience as actively licensed brokers in both Georgia and South Carolina, brokered through Leading Edge Real Estate. They founded CSRA Affordable Homes to combine two things that almost never come together in the manufactured-home space: deep local real-estate experience and an active development pipeline.

Day to day, they work as a unit. Drew leads the development side, lot acquisition, zoning, utility coordination, and getting new Clayton and ScotBilt manufactured homes onto permanent foundations across Burke, Richmond, McDuffie, Lincoln, and Columbia counties. Christine leads the client-facing work, walking buyers through floor plans, talking landowners through cash purchases, and connecting qualified buyers with financing through our preferred lending partner Augusta Mortgage Solutions. Owner-led conversations, same dirt roads, same inspectors, same lenders, same family business throughout every project.
